This platform (website and mobile application) is developed and operated to facilitate the performance of Qurbani (ritual animal sacrifice) on behalf of users during the festival of Eid and other occasions like Aqeeqa and Sadqa. The platform enables users to select a goat for Qurbani, opt for delivery or donation of meat, receive updates, and access a video of the process—ensuring compliance with religious customs, hygiene standards, and legal norms.

The user has carefully gone through the terms and conditions and other materials available on the website of the service provider and has satisfied themselves completely that the services being provided are in accordance with religious customs and that the user shall not have any right to raise any objection as regards the methodology and the quality and the quantity of the product supplied to them post processing.

Since the product chosen by the user is unprocessed animal chosen for the purposes of Qurbani, and the final product delivered by the service provider is the processed product of the same unprocessed animal post cleaning, therefore, the user agrees that they trust the service provider and the fact that the product delivered to the user would be the product availed post processing of the product chosen by the user and that the user shall not raise any grievance on the said issue in any manner whatsoever.

The service provider hereby declares that they shall ensure that the product delivered post processing to the user will be the product generated from the unprocessed animal chosen by the user. However, if in case, there is any doubt as regards the same, the user agrees not to raise the said issue and accept the product delivered as the product generated post processing of the product chosen since it is practically not possible to ascertain the same post processing.
