Terms And Conditions
Scope of Service
By accessing or using this application or availing the services provided herein for Qurbani (ritual slaughter), the user acknowledges and accepts the terms and conditions as outlined below. These services are rendered solely for the purpose of facilitating religious observance in a hygienic, respectful, and lawful manner, with due adherence to religious customs and logistical feasibility.
Consent & Acceptance of Terms
By proceeding with the booking and payment, the user expressly confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms, including the limitations and disclaimers herein. The service provider reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions or this privacy policy at any time, without prior notice. Continued use of the services after any such change shall constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
Animal Traceability After Processing
The user acknowledges and agrees that while a specific live animal may be selected by them for the purposes of Qurbani, the nature of the slaughter, cleaning, dressing, and packaging process inherently alters the animal’s identifiable characteristics. Accordingly, it may not be practically feasible to visually or physically correlate the final processed meat package with the originally selected animal. The user affirms their trust in the integrity and procedural diligence of the service provider and accepts that the meat delivered shall be deemed to have been obtained from the animal selected by them at the time of booking. No claims, objections, or disputes shall be entertained in relation to the traceability, identity, or correlation of the delivered product with the originally chosen animal, and the user expressly waives any right to challenge the same in any form.
Exclusion of Inedible or Logistically Challenging Parts
As part of standard processing and religious guidelines, certain parts of the animal, namely, head (including brain/bheja), skin, and feet are not included in the final meat package. The user waives any right to request or claim these parts and acknowledges the provider’s discretion to manage, dispose of, or utilize such parts in any lawful manner.
Order Confirmation and Cancellation Policy
The user hereby agrees that once a booking is confirmed on the platform, it shall be treated as final and binding. The user further acknowledges and accepts that no cancellation or refund shall be permitted thereafter, as the service pertains to a time-sensitive religious observance that requires advance preparations, including the allocation and arrangement of animals. By confirming the booking, the user expressly waives any right to request cancellation or refund under any circumstances.
Delivery and Quantity of Meat
The user hereby agrees and acknowledges that while the service provider strives to provide animals within a standard live weight range, the net quantity of meat delivered after slaughter and dressing cannot be guaranteed in advance. The user accepts that natural biological variations, the dressing process, and the removal of inedible parts such as skin, head, and internal organs will affect the final yield. By availing the service, the user agrees that no claim shall be made regarding the exact quantity of meat delivered, and the service provider makes no commitment in this regard.
Meat Packaging and Cuts
The user hereby agrees and acknowledges that they shall not have the option to select specific cuts or pieces of meat. The user accepts that the meat shall be divided and packed by the service provider in accordance with standard hygienic practices and equitable distribution methods. Each package shall be appropriately labelled to indicate the parts or organs it contains, and the user waives any right to raise objections or preferences regarding specific portions.
Delivery Timelines and Force Majeure
The user hereby agrees and acknowledges that while the service provider shall make every reasonable effort to perform the Qurbani and deliver the meat within the committed time frame, delays may occur due to factors such as processing capacity, geographical distance, local conditions, traffic congestion, or other logistical challenges. The user further agrees that the service provider shall not be held liable for any delay, disruption, or modification in the service caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural calamities, weather conditions, strikes, acts of God, government restrictions, pandemic-related protocols, or technical failures.
Prayer Video and Name Declaration
A video of the prayer recitation will be made available to the user, in which the name of the user will be mentioned during the prayer recitation. The video will remain accessible for 48 hours after it is uploaded. The user agrees not to share, download, or copy the video in any form and understands that any such action will constitute a violation of the platform’s terms of use.
Delivery Options
The user agrees that the meat will either be delivered to the specified address or donated in full to a charitable organization. Splitting the meat between multiple recipients is not permitted. Once an option is selected, it shall be considered final and cannot be changed.
Intellectual Property
Our branding elements, including our logo, are protected and should not be reproduced, shared, or used without explicit prior consent.
Limitation of Liability & Waiver
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the provider disclaims any express or implied warranties. Under no circumstances shall the service provider or its affiliates, staff, agents, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. The user’s sole remedy shall be limited to the value of the service booked.
Indemnity
The user agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the service provider and its representatives against any claims, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from the user’s breach of these terms or any misuse of the service.
Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts situated in the city of the service provider’s registered office being Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. No claims in any other jurisdiction shall be entertained based upon the place from where the services were availed or where the customer resides or any other reason for the cause of action to have arose. By proceeding further, the exclusive jurisdiction to the courts of Bhopal is agreed by the parties to the exclusion of all other courts.
